Wow I haven't made a journal update in forever. Anyway, just a general update on everything! Just about to enter finals week for my first year of college and I'll be staying on campus for a summer semester, so the usual pick up of activity over summer won't be happening. Megacon happened! I started a Happy Mask Salesman cosplay in January (it felt right considering the release of Majora's Mask 3D) and finished it up just in time to wear to the con. Things really have been quite the whirlwind. I've been posting with no sort of regularity for the past few months, and I apologize for that. For those of you who have wondered if I'd ever post new cosplay: I finished OoT Princess Zelda 2.0 this past summer! If I ever get the pictures that my parents took, I'll be sure to post them. Things didn't exactly go swimmingly with wearing it though, and it now has some stains that may keep me from being able to wear it again. I'm sure several of you are aware that I have an older brother, the one who appears in my cosplay photos as Dark Link. On October 28th my brother, Nate, passed away, and I've been struggling with that for quite some time. I know a few of you knew him, through writing sites or through me, and if you have any questions I ask that you please handle those via a note. The outpouring of support from my friends and family at this time has been incredible and I think that compared to most people dealing with something like this I have fared extremely well.
